The CANDY Estimating System standardises the estimating process in the contractor’s office and is well established in the construction industry worldwide.


CANDY provides a powerful critical path networking system designed specifically for the construction industry. It can be used effectively by a non-planner, but has the features and functionality required by the professional.


The Valuation System provides continuity between Estimating and the Post Tender commercial control. All the information used to price the tender is immediately available at post-award.


CTime is an application that is developed by TimeLink to function as a Business Intelligence tool that brings together data from Candy and from the company’s ERP or Accounting system.


The Forecasting module provides a facility for forecasting quantities, values and resources, making use of estimate and valuation information combined with time from the construction program.


The Cashflow models the financial requirements of a construction project so that the cash flow can be optimised, readily assessed and controlled.
