Timelink's origin
With the growing need for companies to adapt to technological and computer evolution, CCS (Construction Computer Software) began in 1978 to develop the Candy integrated Estimating, Production Planning and Control System specifically for the Construction industry. Since 1990 when it was first introduced to Portugal, we have ensured its distribution and support.
In 2002, our company adopted the name Timelink, becoming a recognised brand and a reference in the Construction Management market.
Through a deep knowledge of the sector and the demands of the construction industry in different international markets, combined with the efficiency and unrivalled skills of the Candy System, many companies have over the years adopted this computer system to perform all their management tasks and become more competitive and more efficient.
Our journey began in Portugal and quickly expanded into international markets, where our technical support and involvement with our partners was outstanding. We are the authorized distributor of RIBCCS, in a partnership that has been increasingly consolidating the importance that technologies and computer systems have for construction companies. We currently distribute and provide assistance in several countries in Europe, Africa and the Americas.
Faced with the constant demands and needs of companies, we seek the best solutions and the best answers for each and every challenge in the area of Construction Management.
With the collaboration of our partners, Timelink has been developing a CTime computer system, complementary to the Candy System. This set of software tools is a fundamental support in the areas of Budgeting and Production Control, because it allows the automation of numerous processes during the budget process, saving many hours of work for its users. It also makes possible to integrate all the economic information with the Financial Systems (ERP's) of the companies and to answer the needs of control indicators, by the Financial and Production Departments and the companies' Administrations.
