1 - Scope of the privacy policy

Under the new General Data Protection Regulation, for the purposes of the services we provide and to the extent that the means of data processing and the respective purposes are determined, TIMELINK - Planeamento e Gestão da Construção, Lda. is the entity responsible for the processing of the personal data of our users and for ensuring the protection of privacy in accordance with the new Regulation.

2 - Data collection and processing

TIMELINK - Planeamento e Gestão da Construção, Lda. collects and processes all personal data of its users, namely the first and last name, title, e-mail address, telephone number, company name, place and date of presentations, commercial and courtesy visits, training courses attended, as well as the date and subject related to the respective assistance provided. Our records already include data that has been collected throughout your contractual relationship with us and following your various interactions with Timelink.

3- Purpose of the personal data collected from the user

The data collected in the forms are intended exclusively for processing the information to be sent in accordance with the respective user consent and will not be used for any other processing. This data may be used for:

• Marketing - The data provided may be used for marketing purposes or to communicate news about the services provided, as well as to communicate the dates and locations of training courses and events promoted by Timelink within the scope of the services contracted with the respective employer. These communications are intended to inform you of the latest news and other opportunities from which you may benefit.
• Quality control and statistical analysis of the respective services provided by Timelink with the aim of continuously improving its procedures and services provided and, consequently, guaranteeing your satisfaction and trust.

Timelink and its Data Protection Officer do not sell or rent your data to third parties. However, your data may be communicated to judicial, fiscal and regulatory authorities for the fulfilment of legal requirements.

4 - Revocation of consent

O utilizador poderá, em qualquer momento e sem qualquer encargo associado, revogar o seu consentimento para o tratamento dos seus respectivos dados. Your data will be safely stored within our systems and we seek to ensure maximum security, but you should be aware that the use of websites and transmission of information by electronic means may be subject to access by unauthorized third parties, for which Timelink is not responsible. Timelink will keep your data for the period necessary to provide the services and comply with legal obligations.
