CTimeMS is an application, designed and developed to speed up and automate essential, repetitive and time-consuming tasks in the Estimating process, and complements the Candy System.
It is made up of various modules that, throughout the various phases of budgeting, allow finacial and cash flow analyses to be carried out, guaranteeing the user significant time savings.

Automatic consolidation of bill items spread across several files or sheets as provided by the tender client. Write-back of the selling rates from Candy to the corresponding bill items in the original files from received from the client.
Creation of Excel files for the subcontractor enquiries, each in an individual sub-folder of the project folder.
Automated creation of personalised e-mails for subcontractor/supplier enquiries to multiple contacts, with attached documentation and files if required.
Consolidated graphical analysis subcontract proposals of by project
Transfer of rates, from subcontractor proposal data files, to Candy-linked files, from which subcontractor rates can be easily pulled into the Candy Subcontract Adjudicator.
Calculation and optimisation of project cash flow and simulation of financial scenarios.
